2 Ways to Register: - Online: opens April 8th and closes May 31st. Click here to begin the online registration process.
- Mail your 1601 form w/picture, copy of birth certificate, payment and uniform size needed to PSC, PO Box 2202, Shingle Springs, CA 95682 by May 31st to avoid late fees.
